Warranty Process:

Contact Us: Email info@ziel.it with your order number you received with the email and a brief description of the issue, attaching images if possible.

Evaluation and Authorization: Our team will assess your claim and provide return instructions if needed. Do not return products without authorization.

Return the Product: Ship the product to the provided address only after you receive a confirmation from our side.

Repair or Replacement: Our technicians will assess and either repair or replace the product.

Terms and Conditions: Warranty valid for the original purchaser; proof of purchase is the online order number and purchaser name. Inspection and approval are required for all claims. Unauthorized repair attempts may void the warranty.
